Collaboration with the Austrian-Filipino fashion label Kawayan.
This project represents more than a conventional collection. Utopia Airways takes you on a journey, shows you ways to escape your daily routine and helps you to awake forgotten longings.
The Buddhist attempt “the journey is the destination“ illustrates the collection itself as the “journey“. As soon as you start wearing Utopia Airways, your mind will start to travel. Inspirations like airships, aeronautics, Jules Verne, Jacques Fresco, Uniforms all over the world and a balanced relationship in between cities/modernity and nature/quaint were the main influences of the designers.
